About the gym

Is the gym completely private?
Yes. It is a private space. You will be the only one at the gym during your booked session.

Is there staff on-site?
No. The gym is unmanned.

Do I need indoor shoes?
Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the gym.
Please bring indoor shoes or remove your shoes when training.

Are kids allowed?
Yes, children are welcome.
Please be careful around the equipment and ensure they stay safe.
Booking & Access

Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. Advance booking through our website is required.

Can I book at the last minute?
Yes. You can book up until just before your session if the slot is available.

Can I enter early?
Please enter only at your booked time.
There may be a previous user inside the gym, so early entry is not allowed.

What happens if I arrive late? Will my session be extended?
No. Your session starts at the booked time, not your arrival time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. As there may be another booking after you, please make sure to leave by the end of your booking.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellations and changes are allowed up to 12 hours before your booking.

How many people can use the gym at the same time?
Up to 5 people can use the gym at the same time.

Is there an additional fee for multiple users?
No. The fee is for the space, not per person. The price remains the same regardless of the number of users.
Equipment & Amenities

Are towels provided?
No, towels are not provided. Please bring your own if needed.

Is water available?
Yes. A water dispenser is available.

Is there a shower?
No, there is no shower.

Is there a Bluetooth speaker?
Yes, a Bluetooth speaker is available.
If you use it, please keep the volume at a reasonable level out of consideration for our neighbors.

Are tripods or filming equipment available? Is filming allowed?
A tripod is available. Filming is allowed.

Do you have any cardio machines?
No, we don’t have any cardio machines.

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card only. Payment is required at the time of booking.
